Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese. Made at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration. The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.A true ode to Japan, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is ideal for adding a touch of originality to your cocktails or to enjoy with a tonic.

This gin takes its name from the classic nursery rhyme ‘oranges and lemons, say the bells of St. Clement’s.’ Rather than a flavoured gin with full focus on one flavour, this is unmistakably a gin drinker’s gin; well balanced, and highlighting the characteristics of the prominent lemon botanical without overpowering the rest.

Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.

Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger is an unusual blend of oriental fruits and spices. Mary-Le-Bone London Dry Gin is made in London by the Pleasure Gardens Distilling Co. to a unique recipe using a combination of 13 botanicals including juniper, lime flower, lemon balm, clove, liquorice, chamomile and grapefruit alongside the traditional juniper. The result is a floral and surprisingly delicate gin.
