Built on the fruity base of lemongrass, lime and juniper, spicy notes of fresh ginger, allspice and kaffir lime leaves adds an Asian style complexity whilst retaining the classic flavours of coriander, angelica root and cardamom that makes Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger so unique on the market.

This fantastic gin is made from a citrus forward selection of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit. Now bottled at 41.3% and newly packaged in bottles inspired by St Paul’s Cathedral.

Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.
