Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of ​​Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Orange draws its fresh, fruity and light aromas.

All the botanicals go into our still to be steeped in our base spirit over night.Only then does the final distillation in our hand-built Copper Pot take place.
