‘L’Acrobate’ by Les Bienheureux is a French gin from organic farming produced in small batches through a unique distillation process that the protagonists keep jealously secret. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.

Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.
