HERNÖ ORGANIC OLD TOM GIN
Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with an extra amount of Meadowsweet added in the distillation and after diluting it down to 43% we add a touch of sugar. The sweetening lifts the floral notes, releases an array of juniper and makes the gin even smoother.
Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but tweaked the recipe and upped the dose of meadowsweet while also adding honey after distillation. The sweetness is apparent on the nose but comes to the fore when tasted. The soft mouthfeel and added honey is evident but also accentuates some of the distillery’s core floral characteristics. Meadowsweet and the lingon berries come though a little stronger than in the usual London Dry (to be expected, as one is increased in the recipe and the other responds well to sweetness) and the overall effect is a complex and intriguing Old Tom Gin.
Hernö Old Tom Gin is awarded as best world gin of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and is the most awarded gin of Hernö distillery.
HIMBRIMI OLD TOM GIN
Himbrimi Gin is to be enjoyed straight from the bottle while fly-fishing in a flowing river, and is perfect for mixing into your favorite cocktail back at the cabin, after spending a long day outdoors
LANGLEY’S OLD TOM GIN

Taking inspiration from a traditional style of slightly sweetened gin that was extensively enjoyed in 18th and 19th century England, the distillers behind Langley’s a created their own expression, which would be well-suited for using in cocktails like the Tom Collins or the Martinez.
