Caorunn is expertly handcrafted by Gin Master Simon Buley at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Harnessing Scotland’s unique natural resources, Caorunn is infused to perfection in small batches, 1,000 litres at a time, in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber.
The highest quality pure grain spirit and crystal clear Scottish water are married with 6 traditional and 5, Celtic, handpicked botanicals from the surrounding hills (Rowan Berries, Coul Blush Apple, Heather, Dandelion, Bog Myrtle). Caorunn {pronounced ‘ka-roon’} from the Gaelic for ‘Rowan Berry’- is a quadruple distilled modern London Dry Gin.
Caorunn is dry and crisp, aromatic with floral, fruity notes. The taste is clean, sweet and full-bodied, with a fresh and long-lasting finish – perfectly served with fresh red apple slices.

Citadelle Old Tom No Mistake is inspired by our research into the popular gin traditions of 18th and 19th century England. Concocted from a gin aged in various woods, we have added toasted Caribbean cane sugar, also barrel-aged, for an incredibly gourmet sweetness.

Citadelle is the first gin distilled in Charente copper stills. Its progressive infusion method is also unique: it consists of adding each of the 19 aromatics in the recipe at different times during a maceration which takes place over 4 days, while gradually reducing the alcohol level. A true work of art whose aim is to preserve the organoleptic qualities and capture the ultimate fragrance of each berry, each spice, each citrus fruit. On the palate, Citadelle Original offers complete aromatic richness. The genever immediately presents the signature of Citadelle. It then gives way to a voluptuous citrus fragrance which highlights it. Finally, the finish becomes more exotic, with a beautiful spicy length due to touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.

This gin takes its name from the classic nursery rhyme ‘oranges and lemons, say the bells of St. Clement’s.’ Rather than a flavoured gin with full focus on one flavour, this is unmistakably a gin drinker’s gin; well balanced, and highlighting the characteristics of the prominent lemon botanical without overpowering the rest.

Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese. Made at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration. The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.A true ode to Japan, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is ideal for adding a touch of originality to your cocktails or to enjoy with a tonic.

Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.

In addition to juniper, the Gil The Authentic Rural gin consists of IGP lemon from Rocca Imperiale, grapefruit, bitter and sweet orange, but also wormwood, angelica, elderflower, lavender, aloe and oregano. The production method involves separate infusion of the botanicals and distillation for a total period of 12 months, followed by a period of 40 days of rest in the bottle at a temperature of 5-10 ° C.
