Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger is an unusual blend of oriental fruits and spices. Built on the fruity base of lemongrass, lime and juniper, spicy notes of fresh ginger, allspice and kaffir lime leaves adds an Asian style complexity whilst retaining the classic flavours of coriander, angelica root and cardamom that makes Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger so unique on the market.

It was in 1790 that Doctor Zwack, Royal Physician to the Imperial Court, offered the Habsburg monarch a sip of Unicum as a remedy for indigestion.
Legend would have it that the royal comment was:
‘Dr. Zwack, das ist ein Unikum!’ giving this herb liqueur its name.
The fame and popularity of Unicum was gradually to spread far beyond the Court in Vienna.

Proudly distilled in Liverpool, Liverpool Gin Rose Petal is created using a secret blend of botanicals. Combining the timeless decadence of rose petals to create a drink full of romance, with a tenderly fragrant nose and delicate brush of the palate awaiting every suitor.Delicate and aromatic, a tenderly fragrant nose gives way to an enticingly soft mouthfeel and subtle flavours of rose and juniper on the palate. The process begins with handpicking the finest small batched aged rums. Once selected, they are blended together under the watchful eye of the master blender and placed in small bourbon barrels (private casks) and aged again for 1 to 2 years. This “marrying” process allows the different rums to interact with one another and produce a more complex spirit. Next, the rum is removed from the private casks and rested for a few weeks in tempranillo barrels to settole and refine
Bottled by hand, each bottle is carefully inspected, approved and hand initialled by its creators before shipping
Clean and smooth with notes of creamy vanilla, white chocolate and citrus. The result is a white rum with no burn that allows the rum to showcase its flavour in citrus based cocktails such as the daiquiri, mojito etc.
