LANGLEY’S OLD TOM GIN

A best value gin from Scotland. On the nose are pine (juniper), floral notes, light peppery spice and alcohol. This is replicated on the palate with stronger floral aspects and a high level of alcohol taste. The close is peppery in the finish. Best used to mix in long drinks and punches.

‘L’Acrobate’ by Les Bienheureux is a French gin from organic farming produced in small batches through a unique distillation process that the protagonists keep jealously secret. Perfect balance between freshness and fruit, classicism and exoticism, technique and poetry. The secret is the spirulina infusion, an emerald-colored seaweed with medicinal properties, which gives a fresh and iodized touch to the opulent bouquet of exotic fruits.

This fantastic gin is made from a citrus forward selection of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit. Now bottled at 41.3% and newly packaged in bottles inspired by St Paul’s Cathedral.

Fishers is a London Dry Gin with a difference. All the botanicals go into our still to be steeped in our base spirit over night.Only then does the final distillation in our hand-built Copper Pot take place. This process enables us to use the one-shot method at the end of the distillation, meaning we take only the best, or the ‘Heart’ cut of the distillate.All of which combines to produce the most distinctive, flavoursome, full-bodied and aromatic coastal gin possible.

Organic sloeberries from southern Europe picked after the first frost and dried before soaked in Hernö Gin for four months is the secret behind Hernö Sloe Gin. A smooth, sweet sloe gin with balanced tartness is the result.
