City of London Square Mile Gin is a one-shot London dry gin flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, orris root, angelica, liquorice, fresh orange & lemon and other botanicals.

This gin takes its name from the classic nursery rhyme ‘oranges and lemons, say the bells of St. Clement’s.’ Rather than a flavoured gin with full focus on one flavour, this is unmistakably a gin drinker’s gin; well balanced, and highlighting the characteristics of the prominent lemon botanical without overpowering the rest.

The botanicals are Juniper, Coriander Seed, ,Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel

Haswell Gin was created to prove decidedly fresh, fragrant and citric. Eclectic and versatile, it stands at high quality levels. All the botanicals are carefully selected and come from all over the world: coriander seeds from Morocco, citrus fruits from Spain, “grains of paradise” from Africa and liquorice from China.

Fishers is a London Dry Gin with a difference. All the botanicals go into our still to be steeped in our base spirit over night.Only then does the final distillation in our hand-built Copper Pot take place. This process enables us to use the one-shot method at the end of the distillation, meaning we take only the best, or the ‘Heart’ cut of the distillate.All of which combines to produce the most distinctive, flavoursome, full-bodied and aromatic coastal gin possible.

Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese. Made at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration.
