BEACH HOUSE RUM

The City of London Distillery situated in the heart of the City of London. This fantastic gin is made from a citrus forward selection of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit. Now bottled at 41.3% and newly packaged in bottles inspired by St Paul’s Cathedral.

The process begins with handpicking the finest small batched aged rums. Once selected, they are blended together under the watchful eye of the master blender and placed in small bourbon barrels (private casks) and aged again for 1 to 2 years. This “marrying” process allows the different rums to interact with one another and produce a more complex spirit. Next, the rum is removed from the private casks and rested for a few weeks in tempranillo barrels to settole and refine
Bottled by hand, each bottle is carefully inspected, approved and hand initialled by its creators before shipping
Clean and smooth with notes of creamy vanilla, white chocolate and citrus. The result is a white rum with no burn that allows the rum to showcase its flavour in citrus based cocktails such as the daiquiri, mojito etc.
Multi-platinum recording artist Enrique Iglesias has recently become a shareholder in Atlantico Rum. He was introduced to Atlantico by friends in Miami and became an instant fan, serving it at all his concerts

Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger is an unusual blend of oriental fruits and spices.
