Combining the timeless decadence of rose petals to create a drink full of romance, with a tenderly fragrant nose and delicate brush of the palate awaiting every suitor.Delicate and aromatic, a tenderly fragrant nose gives way to an enticingly soft mouthfeel and subtle flavours of rose and juniper on the palate. Hastings 1066 Gin (70cl, 40%). From Haswell & Hastings in Sussex. Above all, inspired by the sea. Firstly, a perfect blend of Coriander, Juniper, Angelica, Savory and Grains of Paradise. Also, sweet Lemon and Orange Citrus, Liquorice root, and tangy Gooseberry.
A distinct taste of sweet berries, that are soft and delicate to create a gin that has a truly balanced essence keeping tones of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica root as the traditional mainstay of botanicals.

Caorunn is expertly handcrafted by Gin Master Simon Buley at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Harnessing Scotland’s unique natural resources, Caorunn is infused to perfection in small batches, 1,000 litres at a time, in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber.
The highest quality pure grain spirit and crystal clear Scottish water are married with 6 traditional and 5, Celtic, handpicked botanicals from the surrounding hills (Rowan Berries, Coul Blush Apple, Heather, Dandelion, Bog Myrtle). Caorunn {pronounced ‘ka-roon’} from the Gaelic for ‘Rowan Berry’- is a quadruple distilled modern London Dry Gin.
Caorunn is dry and crisp, aromatic with floral, fruity notes. The taste is clean, sweet and full-bodied, with a fresh and long-lasting finish – perfectly served with fresh red apple slices.

The City of London Distillery situated in the heart of the City of London. This fantastic gin is made from a citrus forward selection of botanicals including: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and fresh oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit. Now bottled at 41.3% and newly packaged in bottles inspired by St Paul’s Cathedral.

Haswell Gin was created to prove decidedly fresh, fragrant and citric. Eclectic and versatile, it stands at high quality levels. All the botanicals are carefully selected and come from all over the world: coriander seeds from Morocco, citrus fruits from Spain, “grains of paradise” from Africa and liquorice from China.
