Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger is an unusual blend of oriental fruits and spices. Built on the fruity base of lemongrass, lime and juniper, spicy notes of fresh ginger, allspice and kaffir lime leaves adds an Asian style complexity whilst retaining the classic flavours of coriander, angelica root and cardamom that makes Liverpool Gin Lemongrass and Ginger so unique on the market.

Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese. Made at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration. The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.A true ode to Japan, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is ideal for adding a touch of originality to your cocktails or to enjoy with a tonic.

‘L’Acrobate’ by Les Bienheureux is a French gin from organic farming produced in small batches through a unique distillation process that the protagonists keep jealously secret. Perfect balance between freshness and fruit, classicism and exoticism, technique and poetry. The secret is the spirulina infusion, an emerald-colored seaweed with medicinal properties, which gives a fresh and iodized touch to the opulent bouquet of exotic fruits.

Proudly distilled in Liverpool, Liverpool Gin Rose Petal is created using a secret blend of botanicals. Combining the timeless decadence of rose petals to create a drink full of romance, with a tenderly fragrant nose and delicate brush of the palate awaiting every suitor.Delicate and aromatic, a tenderly fragrant nose gives way to an enticingly soft mouthfeel and subtle flavours of rose and juniper on the palate. Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with an extra amount of Meadowsweet added in the distillation and after diluting it down to 43% we add a touch of sugar. The sweetening lifts the floral notes, releases an array of juniper and makes the gin even smoother.

Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but tweaked the recipe and upped the dose of meadowsweet while also adding honey after distillation. The sweetness is apparent on the nose but comes to the fore when tasted. The soft mouthfeel and added honey is evident but also accentuates some of the distillery’s core floral characteristics. Meadowsweet and the lingon berries come though a little stronger than in the usual London Dry (to be expected, as one is increased in the recipe and the other responds well to sweetness) and the overall effect is a complex and intriguing Old Tom Gin.
