Characterized by a more tropical and indigenous nuanced profile, it is a gin that stands out for its authenticity and incorporates Argentine botanicals such as yerba mate, pink grapefruit, peppermint and eucalyptus. Distilled in 200 liter batches in a German copper still, Apostoles is produced in a totally artisanal manner. The botanicals are macerated separately in a grain alcohol solution. Fresh yerba mate leaves, eucalyptus and pink grapefruit are macerated for 24 hours. The same goes for juniper and coriander. Peppermint, on the other hand, is macerated for 2 hours. Only at this point are all the infusions combined to proceed with the distillation. The result is then bottled and numbered according to the distillation batch.

CITY OF LONDON SIX BELLS LEMON GIN
This gin takes its name from the classic nursery rhyme ‘oranges and lemons, say the bells of St. Clement’s.’ Rather than a flavoured gin with full focus on one flavour, this is unmistakably a gin drinker’s gin; well balanced, and highlighting the characteristics of the prominent lemon botanical without overpowering the rest.
The botanicals are Juniper, Coriander Seed, ,Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel
HERNÖ ORGANIC NAVY STRENGTH GIN
Hernö Navy Strength Gin, a bold flagship rich in flavour, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but diluted to 57% instead of 40,5%. The difference in aroma and taste is very clear and Hernö Navy Strength has an overall richer flavour with bolder juniper, coriander and citrus.
The British royal navy demanded stronger gin when traditional gin strength ruined the gunpowder, which wouldn’t ignite after being soaked by spilled gin.
Hernö Navy Strength Gin was released on the 1st of April 2013.
Later the same year it was awarded with double Master medals at the Global Gin Masters and another Master 2014.
CITY OF LONDON SQUARE MILE GIN
City of London Square Mile Gin is a one-shot London dry gin flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, orris root, angelica, liquorice, fresh orange & lemon and other botanicals.
A best value gin from Scotland. On the nose are pine (juniper), floral notes, light peppery spice and alcohol. This is replicated on the palate with stronger floral aspects and a high level of alcohol taste. The close is peppery in the finish. Best used to mix in long drinks and punches.
PIUCINQUE ITALIAN GIN
HERNÖ ORGANIC SLOE GIN
Organic sloeberries from southern Europe picked after the first frost and dried before soaked in Hernö Gin for four months is the secret behind Hernö Sloe Gin. A smooth, sweet sloe gin with balanced tartness is the result.
– The characteristic color that unfolds in the spirit is absolutely amazing.

ETSU JAPANESE GIN
Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.
HERNÖ ORGANIC OLD TOM GIN
Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with an extra amount of Meadowsweet added in the distillation and after diluting it down to 43% we add a touch of sugar. The sweetening lifts the floral notes, releases an array of juniper and makes the gin even smoother.
Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but tweaked the recipe and upped the dose of meadowsweet while also adding honey after distillation. The sweetness is apparent on the nose but comes to the fore when tasted. The soft mouthfeel and added honey is evident but also accentuates some of the distillery’s core floral characteristics. Meadowsweet and the lingon berries come though a little stronger than in the usual London Dry (to be expected, as one is increased in the recipe and the other responds well to sweetness) and the overall effect is a complex and intriguing Old Tom Gin.
Hernö Old Tom Gin is awarded as best world gin of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and is the most awarded gin of Hernö distillery.
