ETSU JAPANESE GIN
Japanese gin (Etsu means “pleasure”), elaborated following an ancient Asian recipe that uses botanicals from the Japanese islands including Yuzu, which predominates in the olfactory analysis: it is a small Japanese citrus fruit, very fragrant and persistent. On the nose, floral and citrus notes, with persistent yuzu; in the mouth it is fresh, well balanced, with hints of peppers, tea and green berries.

Mary-Le-Bone London Dry Gin is made in London by the Pleasure Gardens Distilling Co. to a unique recipe using a combination of 13 botanicals including juniper, lime flower, lemon balm, clove, liquorice, chamomile and grapefruit alongside the traditional juniper. Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Orange draws its fresh, fruity and light aromas.

Hastings 1066 Gin (70cl, 40%). From Haswell & Hastings in Sussex. Above all, inspired by the sea. Firstly, a perfect blend of Coriander, Juniper, Angelica, Savory and Grains of Paradise. Also, sweet Lemon and Orange Citrus, Liquorice root, and tangy Gooseberry.
A distinct taste of sweet berries, that are soft and delicate to create a gin that has a truly balanced essence keeping tones of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica root as the traditional mainstay of botanicals.
